Hi Everyone!

I hope you're all having a fabulous Monday! I know it has been a WHILE since I have posted on here so I thought today would be the day I post about my life since big things are happening in my career! So today I am excited to announce that I have been selected to be on the makeup team for the Anthropology Runway show for 2013 in New York City! I must say I am very excited and looking forward to such an amazing opportunity. On top of that I was officially published on IMDB today for my role as Hair and Makeup for the movie poster I did with actor Dave Barroso for his new movie 8-Ball. I feel so blessed and grateful to be doing what I love and to have all the support you all have shown me as well as my family and everyone who has believed in me. For those of you who don't know me feel free to follow me on Facebook, on my Twitter, or my Website. Wow so where do I begin, I haven't posted on here since last September so where do I start? Haha... So since September I have lived with the stunning designer Anna Maria La Bianca and was doing her makeup for her events as well as her Fashion Night Out debut. After moving into my new place I worked Fall Fashion Week 2012 doing makeup for Stevie Boi, an amazing sunglasses and outer wear designer having designed for Lady Gaga, Nicki Minaj, Basketball Wives from VH1, and many more celebrities. While working on his Runway show I had the opportunity to do his makeup personally while VH1 was taping the Basketball Wives and I was featured on VH1 as Stevie Boi's makeup artist. After Fall Fashion Week I was working on a few TV pilots, 1 that is still on going further negotiation and is in the final stages of being picked up so I can't disclose any information about it but what I can say is that the crew, producers, actors and actresses and everyone involved are a phenomenal group of people and I can't wait to see where this amazing production goes. While working on the TV Pilots I have been doing a bunch of photo shoots with amazing photographers and top agency models. I have done shoots with Enrique Vega-- a well known photographer from America's Next Top Model as well as Jeff Rojas, Larry Baglio, Dave Paek, and Jay Marroquin in which we shot for Designers Christian Siriano and Gemma Kahng during Spring Fashion Week 2013. While doing all this work Freelancing for myself I have been Freelancing for Mac Cosmetics in Flatiron and Soho, NY. I must say I have been super blessed to meet everyone along the way helping me grow and learn as an artist as well as more about myself. I know that within 7 months I have accomplished a lot but I know this is not even close to where I see myself within a year... This is just the beginning and I can't wait to see whats next! September lovin

Hey gorgeous people! Sorry I haven't blogged in a whole but thing have been super busy and non stop! So to fill you all in I have moved 5 times in the past month thanks to lovely sublets oh the New York life :) for those of you who don't know I was recently hired at MAC cosmetics to freelance for them so now I am officially a freelance makeup artist for MAC cosmetics!! I also have been working doing makeup for Fashion Week!!! I was basically the head makeup artist at designer Stevie Boi's fall 2013 collection of eye wear ( 3 of his pieces are featured and worn by Lady Gaga) and other celebrities so that was so fun!! We had celebrities such as Richie Rich as well as the Basketball Wives from the VH1 show so I will be features on the VH1 show doing Stevie Boi's makeup! So sick, I'm so excited where my career is going and all the opportunities I have been given. I seriously feel So blessed :) I will be blogging more this week as I keep up today's with the rest of fashion week but today I am in Queens doing makeup for the TV Pilot I'm working on so it will be good to see my awesome TV pilot crew I seriously love them all :) So yes, that is my life these past days... Crazy Action packed but I absolutely love it!

Hi Ya'll!
So I just got a moment to sit and chill for a minute and I stumbled upon this Nicki Minaj (http://www.upworthy.com/watch-nicki-minaj-casually-dismantle-sexism-while-applying-her-eyeliner?g=5&c=bm1) video debunking sexism and it really got me thinking about how inspiriting it is to see such strong determined women take an idea or a dream and make it come true. I know many might not think that such women like Lady Gaga and Nicki Minaj are huge influential beings but I certainly think that they are and I am constantly influenced and inspired by them. Its inspiring to see the confidence in knowing exactly what they want and made it their own, changing the industry unlike any other person before. Just a little thought. Inspiration is everywhere :)

Good morning everyone!
It's been a while since I have blogged and I apologize! I am currently on my way to Orlando to work for Parade of Memories in Disney as a touch up makeup specialist to help make sure all 1,600 girls are set and ready to go for their performances they are about to par take in the next few days. As I am flying I have some time to blog and I felt a serious urge to blog about all the inspiration that is around us. As my schedule is quickly picking up I am realizing while flying that inspiration is all around us and we really need to take it all in wether we are busy or in slow mo. As I look out the window I am super inspired by the scenic view of the mountains we are passing as a lone dirt path crosses right across them almost off the beaten path and I am really inspired by that. Maybe it's because right now so many great things are happening in my life and they are not on a set path and I am really grateful for that. I love the spontaneity of my line of work right now and I'm really just living in the moment and taking it for what is it. I feel super blessed to have these opportunities to do makeup an help people let their inner beauty shine :)
I also feel so blessed for all of you that have supported me and have joined me on my journey as well as all the beautiful people I have met a long the way :) I just wanted to say thank you.

Good Morning Fabulous People!!!

How is everyones Tuesday morning going?? Mine is going really well, every morning is amazing when it starts with Starbucks I guess :) I just got called to do a Photo Shoot tomorrow in Soho so I'm really looking forward to it! A lot of exciting things going on for Nicole Elle Makeup this month. In a few days I will be flying out to Alabama to visit my friend, another Makeup Artist from Makeup Designory to collaborate on some photo shoots as well as travel to New Orleans and the Gulf so that will be fun! Then when I get back I have a wedding to do in Lehigh (holla Pennsylvania!) Then I will be in the Philadelphia area seeing my college roommates, we sure do love a good 'ol Penn State Reunion :)  After that I will be flying out to Orlando to work as a makeup/ touch up specialist affiliated with Disney so I will be working all throughout Disney. I will be working for a company that is hosting over 1600 dancers so I will be busy busy busy making sure all the girls are ready for their performances, especially their opening performance down Main Street Disney. It will definitely be a good experience because 1600 performers will be an interesting challenge. Then after that I will be getting back in the City in which I will be an assistant makeup artist for a TV pilot series similar to Pretty Little Liars until the beginning of July! So I will be a busy little bee traveling and working and I could not be more excited!!! Once I start getting the images of my up coming jobs I will start to post them :) And I will also try to put pictures up of me as I travel to these places if not on here then definitely on my Twitter-- Nicole Elle Twitter  follow me here and on Twitter!
